2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping across the United Kingdom and internationally. Standard shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 business days.

  • Express Delivery: 1 – 2 business days.

3. Delivery Address Changes Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to make changes to your delivery details, please contact us immediately at sellerdesk.brand@outlook.com. Once an order has dispatched, we are unable to amend the shipping address.

4. Order Tracking When your order has dispatched, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

Damaged or Lost Orders in Transit If you receive your order damaged, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly at sellerdesk.brand@outlook.com with your order details and any supporting photos of damaged goods/packaging. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
